How affiliate links work
An affiliate URL may contain a referral identifier. The destination or its tracking provider can use that identifier to attribute a later action to SkinRake. Depending on the arrangement, payment may be based on a registration, qualifying activity, revenue share or another agreed commercial event.
Some outbound links do not use affiliate tracking. The absence of a tracked relationship does not make an operator safer. SkinRake does not control the destination site's cookies, account systems or attribution rules.
Editorial safeguards
- Commission rate does not change evidence status or editorial placement.
- An affiliate relationship cannot turn an unverified claim into a verified one.
- Commercial partners cannot change factual findings, evidence-status labels or editorial placement, or require the removal of accurate criticism.
- When a page recommends or links commercially, the relationship should be disclosed close enough for a reader to see before acting.
- Review evidence and source links remain distinct from promotional calls to action.
The conflict disclosure cannot eliminate
Affiliate revenue creates an incentive when SkinRake benefits from reader activity at a reviewed service. Disclosure and evidence rules reduce that conflict but do not erase it. Readers should consider the underlying evidence, compare independent sources and use direct operator or regulator records before making a decision.
Bonus and promo information
Promotions can be changed, restricted or withdrawn without notice. A displayed bonus should be treated as operator-stated until confirmed on the destination site. Before opting in, read the current wagering requirement, excluded games, maximum bet, expiry, withdrawal cap, KYC requirement and eligible-country rules.
